Welcome to my Website.
Here is some information about the services that I provide:
Rather than delivering a prescriptive treatment, I assess and treat each client as a unique case with specific needs, which together we can identify and clarify.
I aim to provide a compassionate, personally tailored service within the structured cognitive analytic (CAT) approach, which has been clinically tested in NHS Services. Depending on my assessment of your needs and on your choice, this may include integrative aspects of trauma –based therapy, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral (CBT) or evidence-based Arts Therapies techniques.
With twenty years of NHS experience as a Clinical Research Lead and Head of Department, over the past decade I have built up a private psychotherapy service in which my clients’ problems are frequently resolved over a cost-effective, time-limited treatment. I take self- referrals as well as frequent referrals from top consultants.
For clients who feel the need to take medication I worked independently from, yet effectively with, by referring when required to top Consultant Psychiatrists. This referral system provides compassionate, joined- up clinically - effective service through which your diagnostic needs can be assessed in order to provide you with choices towards the most suitable treatment.
If you are suffering emotional pain or distress, whether you are thinking of individual, relationship, couples, group therapy or counselling in London, please contact us through this site to discuss the best way forward.
